Tip for viewing video recording of talk alongside presentation slides

Open the Article you are interested in.Open the video recording and reduce window to half the width of your screen then move it over to the left. Then right click on the attached document (which you will only see if you are logged in) at the bottom of the article page. Choose "open in new window", reduce to half width of screen and move to right so you can see video recording window and operate both. See demo at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ywl9yU1KG9w

Introduction
Previous studies have examined the feasibility of a low carbon/zero Europe.  For example, the work of  Prof. Dr. Olav Hohmeyer, at the University of Flensburg, in Germany.(1)   Recent work for the whole of Europe with a history of more than a decade has been done by Gregor Czisch.(2).  In addition the concept of a major new additions to the electricity grid is introduced by Hughes and Hurley to facilitate very high penetration of renewable energy.(3)
